No. Coaches, creators, and community organizations partner with us without any clinical license. All prescribing is done by US-licensed clinicians through Encore Telemedicine, so you are never in the position of giving medical advice.
You introduce people to EPIC Health. From there they complete their own intake, a licensed provider reviews it, and the pharmacy partner handles fulfillment. You do not manage treatment, dosing, shipping, or billing.
A named point of contact, help getting set up, and plain answers when your people ask questions you are not sure how to field. Specific partner benefits are discussed with you directly once we understand how you want to work together.

Yes. Practices use EPIC Health to extend care between visits without adding staff or inventory. Because arrangements with licensed practices carry their own regulatory considerations, we work those out individually rather than applying a standard program.
Intake is HIPAA-compliant and health information stays between the patient and their provider. As a partner you never see anyone's medical details. Review our Privacy Policy for how personal and health information is handled.
Many intakes are reviewed promptly. Some states require an additional step such as a live consultation, which can affect timing. Provider review is always required and treatment is not guaranteed.
EPIC Health serves patients in every US state except Louisiana, Alaska, California, and Mississippi. Patients must be 18 or older.
No. Applying costs nothing, and there is no obligation. We will talk through what a partnership would look like before either side commits to anything.
All clinical decisions are made by Encore Telemedicine, a US-licensed provider group. EPIC Health does not diagnose, prescribe, or dispense.
