An EPIC Health provider will review your request. In some states, a brief video or phone consultation may be required before approval.

Based on your evaluation, your provider will recommend the most effective product option for your needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and long-term results.

Medication delivered to your door

If a prescription is issued, your medication will be shipped directly to you, and your provider may recommend follow-up based on your individual needs.

You’ve Got Questions — We’ve Got Answers

Yes. A prescription from a licensed healthcare provider is required before any medication is provided.

All consultations are conducted by licensed healthcare providers. Providers review your intake information and determine whether treatment is appropriate based on clinical judgment and applicable state regulations.

If a prescription is issued, shipping timelines are provided by the pharmacy partner at the time of fulfillment. Delivery times may vary based on location and pharmacy processing.

Follow-up may be recommended by your provider based on individual needs and the treatment plan established during the clinical review process.

Services are intended for adults age 18 and older. Availability of treatment varies by state and is determined during the intake and provider review process. Additional requirements or limitations may apply depending on the treatment requested and your location.

Identity verification is required as part of the medical intake process. Please have a valid photo ID available, and ensure that the name and date of birth you provide match your identification. If this information cannot be verified, treatment may not be available.
