An EPIC Health provider will review your request. In some states, a brief video or phone consultation may be required before approval.

Based on your evaluation, your provider will recommend the most effective product option for your needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and long-term results.

All consultations are conducted by licensed healthcare professionals with experience in mobility, physical wellness, and preventive care. Our providers are carefully selected for their expertise and dedication to personalized, compassionate service—ensuring you get the support you need, from people who understand your goals.
Once your product is prescribed or purchased, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
We offer virtual check-ins to ensure the product is working effectively and to adjust your plan as needed.
